Billing Errors and Disputes

Service Credits
Service credits, if issued:
Will be applied to your account for future billing cycles
Are non-transferable and have no cash value
Must be used within 90 Days or they expire
Cannot be redeemed for cash refunds
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is generally no refunds, we reserve the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
Significant service failures that prevent you from using the platform entirely
Proven billing errors caused by our systems

Chargebacks

Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

Downgrades
When downgrading your subscription:
Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

Taxes and Additional Fees
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all such additional charges. These charges are also non-refundable.
