All subscription fees paid to Crib are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are processed immediately and are non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription

  • Cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund

Subscription Charges

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will retain full access to the service until the end of the paid period

  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period

  • Your account and data will be handled according to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

No Partial Refunds

Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to any refund or credit for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Billing Errors and Disputes

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error on our part, please contact us immediately at support@cribapp.com with:

  • Your account email address

  • Transaction ID

  • Description of the suspected error

  • Supporting documentation

We will investigate all legitimate billing error claims within [3-5] business days.

Duplicate Charges

Service Credits

Service credits, if issued:

  • Will be applied to your account for future billing cycles

  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value

  • Must be used within 90 Days or they expire

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is generally no refunds, we reserve the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Significant service failures that prevent you from using the platform entirely

  • Proven billing errors caused by our systems

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Any such refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not create any precedent or obligation for future refunds.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team:

  • Is considered a breach of this agreement

  • May result in immediate suspension or termination of your account

  • May result in forfeiture of all data and access

We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest unwarranted chargebacks. Please contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

Payment Responsibility

By subscribing to Crib, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have reviewed our service offerings and pricing

  • Confirm that you understand all fees are non-refundable

  • Accept responsibility for maintaining accurate payment information

  • Agree to any automatic renewal terms in your subscription plan

Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades

When upgrading your subscription:

  • You will be charged the difference for the current billing period

  • The new rate will apply for subsequent billing cycles

  • No refunds are provided if you later downgrade

Downgrades

When downgrading your subscription:

  • Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

  • No refunds or credits are issued for the difference in pricing

  • You retain access to current plan features until the downgrade takes effect

Taxes and Additional Fees

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all such additional charges. These charges are also non-refundable.

Changes to This Policy

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
